About the work we do

W+BC is now covering a night service between 8 p.m. until 8 a.m, overnight, for all wildlife animal casualties. We are a voluntary body assisted by the Somerset & Devon Badger Groups, as well as other experienced volunteers.

Casualties taken in during the night at the farmhouse will be handed over to Secret World (SWWR) for rehabilitation at 8 a.m. the next morning.

W+BC is a totally voluntary group fulfilling a very important need. It is hoped that once SWWR has their hospital up and running, then the night service will then fall under their remit once more.
